If you want to create annual goals driven by vision and purpose, this guide is for you.

In my 20+ years working for some of the biggest brands in the world, I've seen how sophisticated brand strategies can fail if not guided by a strong vision.

The same goes for people.

What you can’t imagine, can’t happen, so first and foremost, we have to imagine what we can achieve, and where we want to be, and only then come up with a strategy to get there (the goals).

See, society is telling us that we have to work for measurable goals - get the promotion, buy the car, go on the vacation, find a partner. But is this really what we want at a deeper level? Or are these all things we think we need, but in reality don’t?

So while, ANY goals are better than no goals, I still encourage you to create the space to think about how you want to live your life broadly, and set your goals based on that vision.

I have used this process for the last 2 years and have shared it with friends, who found it really helpful because it encourages deeper thinking that merely coming up with measurable goals.
